Non-Refundable: All registration fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule a session to a future date, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice via ‘contact host’ button the Luma app.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of the session is forfeited (no refund or rescheduling available).
